OVERVIEW The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which applies from 25 May 2018 is included in this Privacy Notice. In particular, it deals with the following rights for individuals:

- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure;
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object; and
- the right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling.
SECTION 1 – WHAT WE HOLD AND WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA? When you contact Acleanerplace Cleaning Services (ACS) as part of the purchasing of our service, we collect the personal data (information) you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is collected in order to re-contact you, the customer, and determine your service requirements. If you then decide to purchase a service, your information is retained until the service carried out by ACS; thereafter your information is deleted from our computer system.
Having made an email enquiry and you do not purchase a service from ACS your information is deleted from our systems. Email marketing: ACS does not participate in email marketing. What information is being collected? The only information collected by ACS, as provided by you, is your email address, Name, and telephone number. Who is collecting it? The information is collected by the owner of ACS, Tom Wright.
How is it collected? The information is collected by a. The ACS website’s ‘Contact Us’ page, b. By telephone (customer-initiated) and c. Facebook’s messenger service. Why is it being collected? The information is collected solely for the purpose of re-contacting you in order to ascertain your service requirements to be provided by ACS. How will it be used? Your information is used to re-contact you and latterly, if you purchase (contract) a service, to provide details to travel to your location and re-contact you in the event of a communications problem/delay etc.
Who will it be shared with? All information collected on you, in as much as your email address, Name, address and telephone number is not shared to any third-party and is retained solely for the use of ACS by way of re-contacting you (the customer) in order to ascertain your service requirement (s). What will be the effect of this on the individuals concerned? The effect of this to customers of ACS will be minimal. You will be happy to know that all information, as stated above, will only be used for its intended purpose (contacting) and will be destroyed on the completion of any service provided by ACS. Is the intended use likely to cause individuals to object or complain? None are foreseen.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card for a service, we imply that you consent to our collecting is necessary for the performance of a contract” between ACS and you (the customer). If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent? You have the right to withdraw your consent and if after you opt-in, and you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at email@example.com or telephoning us at 01786 817401.
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – HOSTING/PAYMENTS Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your service, then Secure Trading stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your service transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
